Calling all foodies and history buffs: Join us for an evening with food journalist Michael Gebert, who discusses his just-released book, The Chicago Way: An Oral History of Chicago Dining. Gebert spent years tracking down the chefs, restaurateurs, critics, and kitchen rebels who transformed Chicago from a steak-and-potatoes town into one of America’s most celebrated food cities over the last 50 years. He talks to journalist and Triangle resident Chris LaMorte about their stories. Come and share your favorite dining memories.
