Join the OTTA Board of Directors and help navigate the Triangle Association as we move into a new period. Building renovations will allow for more activities and more community opportunities.
Join us to help move the organization forward and bring new energy to our great neighborhood. Board members chair one committee, which should meet once a month, attend monthly Board meetings, and participate in events.
The Nominating Committee is seeking applications from candidates for the offices of President, First Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer; and for two open positions as Directors.

Many in the community are invested in the Fern Hill proposal. Here is a list of updates, news, and information regarding questions posed by the Triangle Board and the Historic District Planning and Zoning Committee and the resulting position that was taken.
Alderman Brian Hopkins, Old Town Triangle Association, and Old Town Merchants and Residents Association are cohosting a virtual meeting specifically regarding infrastructure improvements being proposed by the Fern Hill Company on the north side of North Avenue between Wells Street and LaSalle Drive. The meeting will take place on Zoom on Thursday, January 9th, 2025 at 6:00 pm.

On March 5, 2024, a letter was sent to city officials requesting clarification of certain zoning rules at play in the Fern Hill proposal. To date, city officials have not responded to that letter (click here to view)
The hanging window planters were becoming too difficult to maintain and they were limited to a season. The need to brighten our outdoor space remains. Four new, large planters will help fill the void and provide natural beauty to our setting. These large planters require a great deal more planting resources.
