Info for Food Vendors
Information
- The Old Town Art Fair is run and proceeds are used by a non-profit organization
- Completely run by over 700 volunteers
- The 2011 Fair will take place on Saturday, June 11th and Sunday, June 12th from 10am-6pm
- The Fairgrounds are bordered by Sedgwick, Wisconsin, Willow and Wells in the Old Town neighborhood
- The Fair draws between 50,000 to 60,000 a year
Vending specifics
- There is one main food court area and additional satellite locations available.
The participation fees are listed below:
o Food court booth - $1,750
o Satellite booth - $1,500
o Cart - $750/per cart
- All locations are on a first-come, first-serve basis
- The Fair makes every effort to give food exclusivity on a first-come, first-serve basis to vendors, but this is not guaranteed
- The fee guarantees a booth size of 10ft x 10ft, but most locations have additional space
- The following will be provided by the Fair:
- The Vendor will rent and supply all equipment, supplies and personnel needed to run the booths during the Fair and is responsible for set-up and breakdown before and after the Fair
- The Vendor will pay a flat-fee for participation in the Old Town Art Fair and in exchange will be able to keep all proceeds made at the booths during the Fair
o Tables and chairs (if requested)
o Hand washing stations
o Electricity for 110 volt equipment (220 volt fee will be assessed)
o A parking spot for ONE vehicle
o Restroom facilities
