The Old Town Triangle Art Center offers specialized art classes seasonally. There are two special workshops offered this August. Kathleen Newman will lead the two day workshop Plein Air Sketchbooking on August 16th & 17th from 10 AM – 1 PM. Tom Francesconi will lead the two day workshop Watercolor – Fresh and Expressive! on August 26th & 27th from 9 AM – 4 PM.

Fall classes begin the week of September 5th. This fall, there will be a Figure Drawing and Painting Studio on Monday afternoons from 12 – 3 PM. Joe Taylor will offer two Oil Painting classes; one on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM – 1 PM and the other on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 9:30 PM. Jeff Krantz will lead Drawing for Beginners on Monday evenings from 6:30 – 9:30 PM. Kathleen Newman will offer Pastel Painting on Wednesday mornings from 10 AM – 1 PM and Watercolor Painting on Thursday mornings from 10 AM – 1 PM. Tom Francesconi will lead Watercolor Painting on Saturday mornings from 10 AM – 1 PM.

We have two new classes this fall. Didier Nolet will offer Picasso’s Oil Pastels on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 – 4:30 PM. Marie Kirk Burke will lead Abstract Oil Painting on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 – 4:30 PM.

The Leslie Wolfe Gallery

This August, our gallery will feature the paintings of Dorothy Mason in her show Serene Nature. This show will run from August 8th to September 1st. In September, Jonathan Ralston will unveil his show Structures and Spaces. This show focuses on architectural sites and runs from September 2 – September 29.
