Join us for Classes, Workshops, Short Sessions and Open Studios

The Old Town Triangle Art Center offers specialized art classes seasonally. Our Winter session will begin in January.  Figure Drawing Studio on is returning on Mondays from 12 – 3 PM (January 7 – March 11). On Mondays nights we are welcoming a new class, Acrylic Painting, lead by Vivian Visser. Joe Taylor will offer two Oil Painting classes: Tuesdays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (January 8 – March 19) and Wednesdays from 6:30 – 9:30 PM (January  9  – March 13). Kathleen Newman will lead two classes: Pastel Painting on Wednesdays from 10 AM – 1 PM (January 9 – March 13) and Watercolor Painting on Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (January 10 – March 14).  Tom Francesconi will offer a Watercolor Painting class on Saturdays from 10 AM – 1 PM (January 12 – March 16).

We are excited to offer two short sessions this Winter. Vivian Visser will teach a five week Silk Scarf Painting class (all supplies included) on Tuesdays from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (January 8 – February 5). Marie Kirk Burke will lead a five to six week Oil Painting class on Tuesdays from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM starting in March or April (check back for more information).

OTTA members and recent students are invited to join us for open studio time ($10). Use these hours to complete a project, work out a problem or just play around with some idea that has been rolling around for a while. Open studio time is available on Fridays from 10 AM – 1 PM (January 11 & 18, February 8 & 22, March 8).
