Pursuant to the OTTA By-Laws, the Secretary is required to notify membership of the date, time, and place for the impending Annual Election of the Board of Directors of the Old Town Triangle Association. No member submitted an alternate slate and so the 2016 Annual Election will not require a paper ballot vote. Instead, a viva voce vote will be taken at the Annual Meeting.
As slated by the Nominating Committee (Anne Giffels, Chair, Lucy Baldwin, Phyllis Hall & Tom Liebig), the candidates for this year’s Board election are as follows:
Director (3 Yrs.)
Director (3 Yrs.)
The date for the Annual Members’ Meeting will be January 28, 2016 to be held at 1763 N. North Park Ave. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. The meeting and election will begin promptly at 8 p.m. All OTTA members are encouraged to attend the meeting and reconnect with other neighbor-members and meet the 2016 Board. We would love to see an overflow crowd in attendance to acknowledge/celebrate this extraordinary milestone.
Our menu will consist of foods catered by the following local restaurants: Binny’s, Stanley’s, Stefani’s, Ranalli’s, Treasure Island, and Twin Anchors. You won’t want to miss this dinner!
And finally, since this is the annual Members’ Meeting and not a Board meeting, if members have any questions or concerns regarding matters relating to the Association, please email Secretary Karl Hjerpe at Secretary@oldtowntriangle.com and let him know the nature of those questions or concerns. There will be a slot on the meeting’s agenda for member input.
Plan to attend our Annual Dinner, General Membership Meeting and Anuual Election Thursday, January 28 (Dinner at 6:30 p.m., Meeting at 8) at the Triangle Building: 1763 North Park Ave.
